Funding InformationNEW ONLINE TRAINING AVAILABLE FOR SAMHSA GRANT APPLICANTS!May 22, 2004 Following up its popular and informative April webcast, "Understanding SAMHSA's Grant Application Process," the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA), an agency of the U.S. Department of Health & Human Services, now has published an online video-based training to provide grant applicants with additional information about preparing applications. The training uses video and synchronized PowerPoint slides to provide an overview of key elements that every grant applicant should clearly understand. This program entitled, "Tutorial: Understanding the Grant Application Process," can be found on SAMHSA's Web site at http://grantstraining.samhsa.gov/. Please follow this link by clicking on it or copying and pasting it into your Web browser address line. The training also will be available on CD-ROM later this summer through SAMHSA's National Clearinghouse for Alcohol and Drug Information (NCADI).
