Council for Coordination and Collaboration

Background

The Council for Coordination and Collaboration was created in 1999 as a “team” of the program partners involved with the Children’s Services Program.  This team addresses efficient ways of communicating with each other to develop a strategic vision of the complex elements of the Children’s Services Program. The goal of the Council is to help the Center for Mental Health Services funded systems-of-care communities envision and implement comprehensive systems of care for children and their families, through, a team process of collaboration which puts the communities at the center of a coordinated approach to technical assistance and support.
